I have worked in the animal industry for over 10 years and I’m extremely passionate about providing the very best care and helping our clients to do the same. Every pet is unique which is why I use a holistic approach to suit each individual pets needs, which is particularly important to me as I do a lot of work rehabilitating anxious pets to grooming. Its extremely rewarding creating that special bond with animals and seeing them grow as I gain their love and trust. I also see great value in continued education and believe we can always learn new things! I thoroughly enjoy Competing in Asian Freestyle Grooming, Attending Industry Events and Seminars as well as Completing Specialised Training Courses to further improve my skillset, Knowledge and Techniques. I regularly interact with an array of other pet professionals on a daily basis to keep up to date with trends in the industry. My close relationships with vets, behaviourists, walkers & sitters, breed specialists and hydrotherapists enables us to provide pets and their humans with the very best care and advice.

My Name is Imogen and I am the Salon Manager at Bell’s&Bristles Pet Spa
I have been a dog grooming stylist for around 5 years and love that I get to work with animals, as well as the artistry of grooming. At home I have 2 Cats, 2GuineaPigs, 2Gerbils and 6Shrimp. I have had the luxury of working with animals a lot throughout my life. I previously worked in the pet-sitting industry predominantly caring for Dogs and Cats. I am also a musician and spent my younger years playing in bands and working with children to develop their musical creativity.

In my home life I am a loving wife and mum to two beautiful little girls as well as my sweet Basset Hound, Willow. One day I would love to Rescue a Golden Retriever!
