We have had Danielle with us this week as part of her university’s work experience programme. Today she brought her own little princess, Tara for a pamper day! 🩷 What a little sweetheart she was 🥹 (Both Danielle and Tara!)

Over time I developed a passion for a specific style of grooming that is becoming increasingly popular, called Asian Fusion Grooming. The idea behind this technique is to create a flawless finish that exaggerates a dog’s cutest characteristics. The aim is often to accentuate those big puppy dog eyes and perfect muzzles with a creative flare.

I travelled to Ireland to train with one of the top industry experts; Master Groomer: Sandra Mularska. She had been my inspiration in this style of grooming from the beginning and it was a dream to be able to learn from her.

Crufts 12.03.2022

Most of you will have heard of Crufts dog show! This event is a great opportunity to learn more about breed characteristics, traditional styles, grooming products and more. We had a fantastic time and made lots of great purchases to bring back to our salon!

The grooming industry, like many is always changing and we believe it’s crucial to always continue learning to be the best we can be.

New Salon Open Day 04.06.2021

It wasn’t long before we outgrew our grooming space after my dear friend and fellow groomer, Imogen, joined my team.

With the support of my incredible partner, friends, wonderful clients and now fellow team member, we were ready to dive into the next chapter of our story.

With more space, top facilities and equipment on hand there was no stopping us on our pursuit to offer the best service possible to our existing and new clients.

It took a lot of hard work to get to where we are today, but it’s been worth every minute!

Bell’s & Bristles was Born 06.05.2020

My name is Jena and I am the very proud owner of Bell’s&Bristles Pet Spa. In 2020 I took a leap of faith and decided to open my own establishment where I could peruse my passion and offer bespoke services that fit every pets needs after years of working in a corporate grooming environment.

This journey began in a small room working closely with renowned hydrotherapist, Stacey at Aquadogs and grew into the salon you all know and love today!

Working closely with Stacey helped grow my knowledge of not only pet grooming, first aid and nutrition, but also gave me a deeper insight into the anatomy of the animals I was working with and other ways we can help them. I was very lucky to not only learn from, but at times even hop into the pool and assist Stacey with her hydro clients!
